Mia He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree and obtained her Chinese bar license in 2009, practising litigation continuously since then. She subsequently qualified as a lawyer in Ontario, Canada — becoming a dual-licensed lawyer in both Canada and China — with over 15 years of litigation experience to date. She has deep command of both legal systems and court procedures, with particular expertise in complex divorce cases involving cross-border elements.
